Let’s build it.
Got an idea? Let’s turn it into something real.
From the first sketch to a working product, we bring product thinking, design, technology and AI together to help you move faster — without cutting corners.
Wherever you’re starting, we’ll meet you there.
An idea, a product, a problem, a market opportunity — or somewhere in between. We’ll work out what’s needed and shape the right path to get it moving.
Apps
Customer-facing web and mobile products, from first usable version to something you can put in front of investors and users with confidence.
Internal tools
The system your team is currently running on spreadsheets. Workflow, permissions, reporting and an audit trail that stands up to scrutiny.
Websites
Positioning, copy and build together. Fast, accessible, measurable, and editable by your team without calling a developer every time.
Lead-gen engines
Sourcing, scoring and routing in one place, so your pipeline becomes a repeatable process rather than a good month followed by a quiet one.
Marketplaces
Two-sided products where supply, demand, payments and trust all have to work at once. Built to survive the first hundred real transactions.
AI agents & automation
Agents that do real work inside guardrails you set, with evaluation, disclosure and a human check where the decision actually matters.
Something bigger, regulated, or harder to categorise? Tell us what it is and we will say honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
How a build actually runs
Five stages, in order, every time. You see working software early and you always know what the next decision is.
Visualise
We turn the idea in your head into something on a screen — the problem, the user, the shape of the thing.
A conceptValidate
A prototype in front of real users before anyone writes production code, so assumptions fail cheaply.
EvidenceBuild
Two-week cycles with a demo at the end of each one, and an environment you can open at any time.
A productLaunch
Live, measured and handed over — accounts, code, documentation and a plan for the first ninety days.
UsersScale
What the numbers say next: the backlog ranked, the roadmap revised, the things worth doing twice.
MomentumYou can stop at any stage. Plenty of engagements end after Validate, because testing proved the idea needed rethinking. That is a good outcome — and a far cheaper one than finding out after launch.
Four ways to start
One thing or a whole product — fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before anything begins. If the scope changes, we agree the change first.
Prototype sprint
For an idea with nothing built yet. Something real enough to test, show and decide on.
from £3,500 · 2–3 weeks
- Problem, user and success defined
- Clickable prototype of the core journey
- Tested with five target users
- Findings and a build recommendation
- Indicative scope and cost to build
Focused build
For a single, well-defined piece of work: a website, one internal tool, one integration, or a stalled build to rescue.
from £4,500 · 3–6 weeks
- One clearly defined scope
- Design and build of the agreed product
- Weekly progress check-ins + working environment
- Accessibility and analytics baseline
- Launch, handover + 14 days’ support
Care plan · optional Hosting, updates, monitoring, backups and a set allowance of small changes each month. From £150/month, cancel any time.
Scope a solutionLaunch build
For getting a full product in front of real users. Working, live and owned by you — not a demo.
from £12,000 · 6–12 weeks
- Everything in the prototype sprint
- Design and build of the core product
- Two-week cycles, a demo each cycle
- Analytics, accessibility and security baseline
- GUARD governance pack where AI is involved
- Launch, handover and 30 days of support
Scale partnership
For something already live that needs to keep improving — senior capacity without a hiring round.
from £2,500 · per month, rolling
- An agreed slice of senior product and build time
- Roadmap and backlog ranked with S-RICE
- Monthly metrics review and recommendations
- Governance and reporting kept current
- Three months minimum, then rolling
Somewhere between two of these?
Marketplaces, regulated products and multi-team programmes are scoped individually — and so is anything smaller than a package. Bring whatever you have: a deck, a spreadsheet, a half-finished build.
Prices exclude VAT. Third-party costs — hosting, licences, payment processing — are passed through at cost and agreed in advance.
If we ship it, it carries our name.
So there are some things we don’t compromise on. Every build gets the same essential foundations, from £4,500 upwards.
How we govern what we build ›You own everything
Code, accounts, domains and designs in your name from day one, transferred at handover. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
Governance built in
Where AI is involved, GUARD gives you the policy, risk register and review process mapped to the EU AI Act.
Sustainability weighted in
S-RICE ranks the backlog with environmental and social cost scored alongside reach, impact and effort.
Accessible by default
WCAG 2.2 AA as the standard, tested during the build rather than audited into existence afterwards.
Documented handover
Architecture notes, decisions and runbooks, so your next developer is not starting from an empty repository.
NDA as standard
Mutual non-disclosure on every engagement, from the first conversation. A UK registered company, No. 17302242.
